What we refer to as a bonus or promotion may include free spins, any type of bonus, as well as any amount added directly to your player account when a deposit is made.

1. How cash and bonus balances work
1.1 When a deposit is made, the deposited amount is placed in a "cash balance" and the associated bonus amount is placed in a "bonus balance".
1.2 The cash balance may be withdrawn at any time, subject to the general withdrawal conditions (see 4. Withdrawals in the General Terms and Conditions of Use).
1.3 When a player has an active bonus, the cash balance will be used first, followed by the bonus balance.
1.4 Bonuses and the associated winnings become withdrawable once the bonus wagering requirements are met. Progress towards meeting the wagering requirements can be viewed in the "Balances" tab of your cashier.
2. Bonus wagering requirements
2.1 By default, the wagering requirement is 40 times the bonus amount unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
2.2 Only bets placed using the bonus balance contribute towards the wagering requirement for that bonus.
2.3 When the player fully meets the bonus wagering requirements, the bonus balance is automatically transferred to the cash balance.
2.4 If the player requests a withdrawal before meeting the wagering requirements, the active bonus and any pending free spins will be automatically voided.
2.5 Each game type contributes differently towards wagering requirements. Slots contribute 100%, video poker contributes 20%, table games and live dealer games contribute 5%. Other games do not contribute to wagering requirements.
2.6 The maximum period to fulfill the bonus wagering requirements is 30 days. After this period, the bonus balance will be cancelled.
2.7 When a bet uses both cash balance and bonus balance, this is a "mixed wager". In this case, all winnings are credited to the bonus balance.
2.8 The maximum bet allowed when using a bonus is 10 INR per game round. If the player places a bet higher than this amount, the bonus and any winnings will be voided.
3. Free spins
3.1 Winnings from free spins are credited directly to the cash balance without wagering requirements.
3.2 The withdrawal limit for winnings generated from free spins is 300 INR.
3.3 Free spins are valid for a period of 7 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated in the promotional offer.
3.4 Deposits linked to free spins can only be withdrawn provided they have been wagered at least once on slot machine games.
3.5 Any withdrawal request cancels the free spins present on the account that have not been activated by the player at the time of such withdrawal.
4. Jackpots
4.1 All jackpot amounts displayed on the site are for information purposes only. The amount of each jackpot is displayed in the game window provided for this purpose once the game is launched.
4.2 When a jackpot is won, it is immediately reset on the site's server. This occurs in real time; however, the display may only be able to reset after a short delay. Regardless of the amount of the jackpot shown in the game, the jackpot amount on the server at the time of the win is the reward that will be awarded.
4.3 Any progressive jackpot payment greater than or equal to INR 50,000 may require an additional 14 days of processing.
5. General bonus rules
5.1 By participating in promotions and/or by agreeing to receive the bonus(es) offered by Odds96 Casino, the player declares acceptance of the terms and conditions related to the offer or bonus automatically, as well as the general terms and conditions of promotions/bonuses listed on this page.
5.2 A player may obtain a maximum of one (1) bonus per promotional offer unless otherwise indicated in the terms and conditions of one of our promotions.
5.3 Bonuses and promotional offers are not cumulative (unless stated otherwise) and can only be granted once per person, per household, per residential address or per IP address.
5.4 Unless otherwise stated, the minimum deposit required to qualify for a bonus is INR 10.
5.5 If a player is eligible to receive a bonus, the deadline to claim it is 24 hours. This period is 30 days for the welcome bonus only.
5.6 In the case of free bonuses obtained outside of any promotion, the maximum permitted withdrawal is 20 times the bonus amount.
5.7 The maximum withdrawal amount following the receipt of a no-deposit sign-up bonus is limited to INR 100.
5.8 We reserve the right to cancel any bonus as well as the winnings related to them in case of fraud or if the player has placed bets with almost zero risk solely to meet the wagering requirements of the bonus.
5.9 Any winnings related to an illegitimate bonus may be subject to cancellation of the bonus or the winnings related to it.
5.10 Any game manipulation such as the use of the Martingale practice, the Paroli Betting System or Bonus Hunt (non-exhaustive list) is not permitted and may result in the cancellation of related winnings.
5.11 These practices may also lead to suspension of the account and/or of any promotional offer for the player.
5.12 Players also have the right to choose not to receive bonuses. In this case, they must contact customer support before placing any wager and/or starting to play to remove the current bonus and disable the receipt and display of any future bonus.
5.13 Players from the following countries are not eligible for our promotions: Finland, Sweden, Norway, South America and Central America (non-exhaustive list).

5.17 In the event of abuse, we reserve the right to cancel, suspend or block any player account, as well as to cancel/revoke any ongoing gaming activity and to refund the initial deposit.
5.18 Odds96 Casino reserves the right to prohibit a player from receiving our promotions at any time, for a defined or indefinite period, at the management's discretion.
5.19 In the event of a dispute, the decision taken by Odds96 Casino management prevails and is final.
